The customer bears the cost of returning the goods to us.
Under the Distance Selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods except for the supply of goods made personal to you. The goods must remain unopened and in a satisfactory condition to resell.
Steps to return:
1. Please contact us by email email@example.com and let us know you would like to cancel and return your order along with your reason. We will respond to you within 24 hours setting out the next steps.
2. On receipt of the goods, we will refund the value of the order in full subject to inspection. You will receive an email confirming your refund within seven days of us receiving the return
CANCELLATION(if an order has not been dispatched)
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After this we may have already dispatched your parcel. If you have selected Next Working day delivery then you may cancel within 2 hours of placing the order.

In the unlikely event of damaged goods the customer should contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the Goods. Customers are required to email email@example.com with a phot of the damaged goods and details. We will endeavour to deal with the matter asap.
